Located in one of the most luxurious neighborhoods in New York. It is an architectural remodeling that generates a more contemporary and current impact.
The objective in this case is to break the minimalist idea that prevailed in the original design. We created a connection between the basement and the back garden, placing a swimming pool between these two.
